Cascade Villa
Cascade Villa is a roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite that will allow you to relax in Lava in style. There are 2 additional bunk beds for kids. The bedrooms have new pillow top queen beds and the bunk beds are twin size. You’ll find a full kitchen with all the cooking supplies for the culinary chef in the family. In the back courtyard there’s a large 5 burner barbeque big enough for a reunion size meal. You can relax on the cushioned patio sets too. There’s also a dining table to the side of the kitchen. The living room has a sofa, chair, ottoman, and loveseat as well as large tv and surround sound system. This room overlooks the “L” mountain and Main Street.
Cascade Condos
The Cascade Condo units share the same courtyard as Cascade Villa. All of the Cascade units are located right in the middle of town on Main Street. Your only 2 blocks from either pool and right in the middle of everything Lava has to offer. Inside there are vaulted ceilings in the main room and a second bedroom with a door separating them. Both have new pillow top queen beds with large pillows. Each unit has a private bathroom and kitchen including a gas stove. The gas fireplace will warm your toes on cold evenings.
Tumbling Waters Inn
The Tumbling Waters Inn offers the best location in town. Your situated right next to Lava’s “World Famous Hot Pools” as well as one of the city parks AND the scenic Portneuf River. The rooms are very roomy with chairs and dining tables. We also provide microwaves, refrigerators, and wifi in every room. You can chose between 1 bed king units and 2 bed queen units. You can also combine two rooms together by the common door to make even larger units. This is a great choice for family reunions so everyone can be together.
Policies
Credit card information is needed to reserve a room. You must be 18 years and older to reserve a room. Cancellations must be called in 2 days prior to your arrival to avoid being charged the full room rate. Check in is at 3pm. Check out is 11am. You may request a later checkout up to 1pm with the office staff. This request may be denied if we have to clean the room for another party and time doesn’t permit us to allow your party extra time. Parties staying later than 1pm will be charged extra and may be charged a full night rate if we lose a reservation because of it. Please no smoking and no pets. A fee of the full rooms rate will be charged for smoking in a room or if pets have been in the room. If you have lost your keys or forget to turn them in you will be charged 10.00 to replace them. If we must rekey your room because you have lost multiple keys you will be charged the amount it costs us to rekey the lock. Any damage to your room will be charged at the rate it costs us to fix the damage. You must present your lodging receipt for the vacation packages advertised.
